I want to throw a coyote in our ford explorer sport lol it's got the twin turbo v6. Which i do love but a coyote and keep awd in it somehow? Would be sick
I need a quote for a budget forged rotating assembly for a 4.040" bore - 4" stroke 6.125 crank, NA 10.5:1 compression capable, 58x reluctor, street able cam kit with brass trrunnion bushing upgrade, bearings (for all and to balance), springs, and push rods...
$1800 in 2021 to size mains, Bore, hone ,equal deck block , balance and clearance stroker kit & clutch asm, install cam brns and pistons on rods. On Alum 6.2
@@Joshuapsalm he did a tune for my 08 sierra when I bought the cam and did delete etc. I could only tolerate that tune for a few weeks. It was horrid on guzzling gas and felt slower than stock. I was disappointed and found a local tuner and he fixed the issues with it and found like 28° of timing and other things. Truck felt like it made twice the power all while getting 21 mpg hwy and idled smoother. Maybe he had a bad day or sent me wrong file. But I swore never again to tunes like that
@@JosephNnbs did the same to my truck But I had zero issues I guess everyone has bad days idk My buddy had Houston house of power do his LT 6.2 .. a full blue print rebuild top to bottom,, burns a quart of oil a week and that guy keeps blowing him off 16gs he paid for top work and gets blown off by the owner
Those are the kind of pistons and rods i need , im building a 5.3 gen 4 for my 2000 camaro , just right now funds are tight , only thing lacking is intake and pistons and rods
Yeah this is the ‘production line’ a.k.a. the ‘pro’ method. I just did this to my 4 cyl engine over the weekend, except with a 3/4” socket to set the ring in the bore, then used a file to adjust min end gap. Thankfully only needed 0.001 removed on the oil ring. Got Total Seal gapless 2nd rings. Fun stuff
I love it one of these days people are going to realize that the stamped name and information in the top of the Pistons along with the sharp edges on the valve relief cuts are potential points of undesired ignition. When you can get just shy of 136 horsepower out of a 750 cc naturally aspirated gasoline fueled engine you learn a lot of things to get you there.
Its a nice truck nice build but one thing if I win this truck its getting a disc brake conversion in the rear all that power with drum brakes alset they have to be changed!!! Do it for Dale!!!
