For the number trick, I started with 1, which led me to 9. After subtracting 5, I ended up with 4. I thought of the letter ‘R’ and went to Russia. I chose a unicorn fish, purple in color. Not today magic trick, not today.

Oh my gosh, this is so good! And heartbreaking. I saw you speak, Susan, on the panel at the Sheraton book talk about a month ago in Seattle. As you described your new book, I realized that I had read all about your one woman performance and personal story years ago! ♥️ I'm glad I got to see this excerpt.

** ** TIME IS UP !! John 3:16 For God loved the world, so He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Realise you are a SINNER ! You can NOT earn your way into heaven ! JESUS is the ONLY way to Salvation ! Call upon the name of JESUS to Save you ! BELIEVE that JESUS came in the flesh, lived a sinless life and then died on a CROSS ! TRUST that God raised JESUS from the dead ! By FAITH accept the shed BLOOD of JESUS ALONE as payment for YOUR SINS ! God is about to pour out JUDGEMENT on the world for 7 terrible years. Only true Christians will suddenly vanish and escape this punishment. Aliens are a LIE ! May the LORD soften your hearts. Accept this GOSPEL now, the Good News of JESUS CHRIST.

I really like this basket but I want to see the coil and weave switched and all the steps that got you to this basket as it is today. It makes me think of a coil medallions balanced within a strainer basket. There is just so much to explore in combining these two basket strategies! It makes me wonder how other basket strategies or techniques can be combined to pull together multiple traditions. Just a really brilliant basket that will bless your community and the world if you can get a big enough reach. Just imagine what is awaiting in the minds and hands of the weavers to come!

Don't talk to me about Sherlock Holmes. There is a ComicCon weekend in my hometown right now full of Sherlock Holmeses. All in deerstalkers, with pipes and flapping cloaks, and fake moustaches (for reasons I don't understand). In a time of covid-19 it is elementary (!) that social distancing prevails, but not with these freaks who mooch about in gangs of 20 or so 'solving' clues provided by the CC crew and bumping into us locals and asking us for help with their project. True, the first S H story was written in my home town when Doyle was a GP here, but it is still damned annoying.

I'm sorry but Susan lieu is touring from state to state city by city with her personal anger and anguish. She refuses to let her mother rest in peace and let her go. To many vietnamese people carry this post traumatic stress with them from their experience with the war. Susan's PTSD is from her mother dying. She needs to let it go if not she will ruin her children with this PTSD stuff. I do not endorse nor agree with her approach and her message

It does make sense if this way of processing trauma is not the right way for you. Talking about it seems to work for Susan Lieu and I prefer that approach too. It has resonated with me and has helped me understand my personal experience better She does end up putting her mother's life in a broader perspective than just the moment or circumstances of her death. (Maybe this comes across better in the longer version of the play.) I think that is a big part of her work and the process

This is part of her family history. It’s the not talking that we aren’t able to heal. I’m a child of refugee parents (Cambodian). I learned stories as an adult. I wish I knew as it made sense of my upbringing/hardships and interactions with others. My father death associated to nursing home negligence in America. Without knowing, I wouldn’t have known of intergenerational trauma, health disparities in BIPOC, inequities...She’s touching base on many areas unspoken .

So let me get this straight. She instructs the audience to close their eyes and CLEAR their thoughts and just focus on their breathing. Then 20 minutes later she ask if that was that hard. She goes on to say we are not used to being alone with our thoughts. So didn't she just say CLEAR your thoughts? Does she not she the contradiction here? How can you be alone with your thoughts if you clear your thoughts?

Incidentally many years ago I arrived upon the same notions about flow and interaction, however I wouldn't necessarily explain this using math or rocks and leaves. Rather it came to me almost as if it were an overwhelming epiphany standing in the shower thinking about the day, weeks, and years ahead. I can say when I stepped out of the shower and dried off, I had a similarly hard time explaining the essential concept to my wife. Now years later as I watched this video I am reminded of Einstein's theory of relativity. When I was a student I had the opportunity to visit Karples manuscript library, where Einstein's original hand written explanation of the theory of relativity is stored and explained in his own handwritten words, on paper. I was fascinated to see something quite surprising to me. It wasn't a long mathematical equation. Instead it was a love story that explained the concept in understandable language about time and perceived time. Similarly for me the best way I've managed to make sense of this phenomenon described as flow and interaction has been to consider flow not only as influenced by energy over time, and interaction is influenced by spatial relationships. Said in other words, such as a love story, by increasing your proximity to people that you love, or anything which you find love and passion in doing, and by spending more time doing things that you love with people that you love you are essentially operating within a polar experience on this scale of flow and interaction, let's call that the positive end which also involves increasing your distance from anything negative in your life. Alternately the negative end of the spectrum involves increasing your proximity and spending more time with people or projects that drain you of your energy and will to live. That's the negative end of this while thing. Where we sit on this spectrum ultimately defines who we are, the life that we lead and the things that we do. The understanding of the principle can also be incorporated into philosophy, and anthropology and many other fields. It's quite a challenge to explain such an immense idea, I commend him for his efforts.

Mr. Anderson, what you said about coastlines are simply not true. You might think of the "coastline paradox", but that is a totally different thing. That 'says' the more precise you measure a coastline the longer it is, and you can measure it up to the infinite because of it's fractal nature. But what you said "it doesn't matter how you scale up or down, they are the same and even the same length." is simply false and the opposite is true. The more you scale in, the coastline length expands. (source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coastline_paradox ) From that point your whole argument is based on false claims/fact.
