I mean for the price there shouldn't be such a problem, but i mean spending a few coins for quality screws and replacing them ia not the end of the world. Let's hope newer revisions adressed this (whichbi doubt). Just bought one, should be here next week.
ET Max has a lot to recommend - it's power overhead, and power delivery especially inspiring. No fear of overpower, over lean, and the braking is remarkable.
1000% on 20amp charging as its a game changer. Liked the ETMax since it debuted but likely not my cuppa as its too heavy. Indeed I even sold my ex30 for a Master v4 which I thoroughly enjoy. Much more interested in the Blitz for my needs & hopefully, you get to play with one soon. Good to see you back BigG
Great review. After my last 2 wobble crashes on my Lynx I was really wishing I got the ET MAX, but after lowering my pedals and adding a Shinko 241 its pretty stable now, and i love it. Begode is looking better all the time! Looking forward to your future videos💯
hey i was feeling the same way with my lynx. got the lowering kit, lowered tire pressure to 26 ibs, honestly still had wobbles. I think the shinko 241 or 244 is the way to go. But i did notice something, I have the TNT street tire with my lynx, everyone recommended lowering the pressure. But i decided go super high just to see. I went to 39 ibs. Its honestly more stable like this as long as u carve. I think the wheel is much more stable when ur slanted and carving. Having the tire pressure high makes the wheel rounder and feel more stable on its edge. I even took off the lowering kit and its still stable like this. In fact keeping the pedals high imo allows you to manipulate the wheel more cuz you have more leverage over the axle. But honestly, its really annoying to have to do this all the time. But im just accepting it for what it is and it ultimately will make u a better rider in the long run
Editing drives me crazy. I used to be sponsored by Mars Hydro, but the last 2 fans they sent me were crap, and theyre too demanding. They wanted me to put them in every video title, and upload once a week for like 6 months. I had to fire em, lol
Also, you forgot the link in your description. Alien Rides wants their wheel back, and they gonna have to fire you now. Sorry. It's too late to fix it. 😂😂😂
Really find it hard to justify buying a new wheel owning an ex30. I will have to test the ET max. I just do not need more than 10 amps. Not like I need to ride 100 miles in a day often enough.
Terrific channel! New EUC rider since May, and you're right about being confident on the wheel. I needed two weeks to get my hips and core ready and balance training until I felt confident. Appreciate the wobble tutorial!
@ElectricUnicycles I didn't until another commenter pointed it out! really makes this mirror worth the price knowing you have so many options and even backup parts
It looks like a lot overlap of skills you pick up slow-riding motorcycles. I always used the look and turn your head where you want to go and your body will follow. Target fixation is the same - look at it and you're going to hit it.
Nothing but love for PIDzoom. ❤ I bought multiple units so I’d have replacement parts but it’s almost unnecessary because the variety of components can be mounted and transferred to several different helmets! Exceptional design too. 😊
Don't know if you noticed, George, but there is actually 2 mirrors in the package. Second one is under the foam of the first mirror. So yes, you could install on more helmets and also just install the clippie things and move the mirrors from helmet to helmet
How is the transition from V11 to the S ? I have now 2300Km on my first ever wheel, the V11 I wonder about the weight, the top weight factor, handling on low low speed. I look for range, not high speed. Still a good buy in 2024 ? Except the L I don't see much as alternative if you want range ??
@NeoVdV been through a lot of wheels since the v11 so it's hard to say the exact transition. the s is definitely a taller wheel and much heavier. but it shouldn't be crazy to swap from one to the other. the L looks great. the other high range options are the gt pro+ and the master pro. they just released a 168v master pro that's catching my eye. you can't go wrong with a sherman s or an ex30 tho for range
Very good tips and also an intermediate driver should be very careful about the wabbles, and knowing how to counter act them. Thanks for the info ! ℹ️ Good content mate ! 🫡💪🏼🎩
Well needed video. I have made several videos on this topic 4 years ago. If anyone want to time travel to the future and take a glimpse of how personal electric vehicles PEV will be regulated then look at European countries especially UK. 1. Electric bikes with manual pedals and speeds limited to 15mph are the only e-bikes allowed on the roads. 2. PEVs i.e. e-scooters and EUC's are fully banned on public roads. 3. Rental scooters are speeds limited to 15mph in firmware. Here in USA, we have it so nice, we need to be careful. I see some city riders i.e. NY one of those, riders needs to understand the seriousness of the issues. Jumping red light and racing on public roads where public is present, these things trigger unwanted negative attention. Things USA riders should do: 1. When anyone asks the most famous question, how fast this thing go, always tell them it goes 25mph max. 2. Do not jump red lights. 3. Respect other road users i.e. cars etc. 4. Respect pedestrians.
Its been a week! 8 days. Its Saturday. Put your beer down and grab the camera. 😂 If your outta weed just hit me up. I aint greedy💯 Whatever it takes, lol. Great fun videos guys. I wish I had some friends to ride with.
I was really shocked to see the hype over this wheel knowing Begodes reputation. Spending 4k with Begode is nuts. I have Master v4 I got for 2k but thats the max id spend with this company. Maybe I'll get the Blitz (doubt it..) but i would want to see 4 months of reviews first.
