Hi Asia, I tried this routine twice with the same products, but every time i brushed my hair in the shower it felt straw like especially in the crown area and by the next day my hair felt straw like. Any advice? I have thick, dry, low porosity 3b curls and haven't straightened it for 2 years. Thanks!

my bonnets are giving me a rash on my forehead. Like a faint red line where the elastic sits. I wonder if I should switch to a scarf. Can’t tell if my skin is reacting to the elastic, the fabric, or the tension.

I didn't in this video, but I will if needed. Deep conditioner is treatment. So, I use it if I'm treating an issue. I would consult your licensed professional to gain clarity on your hair needs.
Depends on your hair texture/density. (Innersense is great for all Hair types - Straight. Wavy, Curly & Coily) You could use it daily! but I'd prefer at most 3x a week because its Pricey & very hydrating/moisturizing. I feel like the price is super worth it, She mentions A little product goes a long way & it does!! Pure Harmony Line for Fine Hair Color Line for Medium Hair Hydrating Line for Thick hair I myself had experience with Innersense & I'm currently deciding between trying the Color Line or going back to Pure Harmony (Hydrating Line is too moisturizing for my low/med 2B/2C "Curls")

The detox mask in my opinion is not necessarily because you cannot use it in place of a clarifying shampoo and you have to use it with a shampoo either prior or post use of it
You want a dryer that's a dome and not a cone. A cone dryer pulls there hair upward, thus ruining your set. A dome dryer circulates the air in order to set the hair without disturbing the curls.
Thanks for sharing ! I never thought on brushing before smoothing and raking . I will try it. Sometimes I go trough styling too fast. It does the job but I will try to be more intentional.

I LOVE this product is perfect but i notice i get flakes. I use this as my base, innersense i create hold & papaya slip or quite calm by innersense. Is there something I'm doing wrong to cause flakes? I always do soaking wet hair
