It is free to walk around and they have day passes for the basic activities. You do have to pay extra for river rafting ropes courses. whitewater.org/ But the evenings they have concerts, that is included in your admission price
Hospitality is what is needed at LN Restaurants take Eddie’s, for example great food great atmosphere but I’ve gotten better service out of a vending machine than I have at Eddie’s on Lake Norman same thing for Port City Harbor

But it’s not too busy during the week. What lake isn’t busy on weekends and holidays? There are several coves that are great for skiing and surfing any day of the week. You just need to know where to go.
You act like you have the corner on lakes😂😂😂 Try Lake Chautauqua. We have tons of snow gorgeous summers and oh yeah you can rent a boat here. And if you ever said Y'all in your day to day life I would be surprised 😯😯😯
I know there are amazing lakes in many different locations. I highlight Lake Norman since I live and work here ☺️. There are some people that still say y’all. Mostly people that have lived here, or in the South, majority of their lives.

The home sold for $850k (which is a great price for waterfront with big views) and I think the buyer is going to put in about $125k-$150k and that includes redoing the dock.
