This is a demo to show the feasibility of integrating Slicer and SOFA. We are working with our colleagues from the SOFA framework to release this demo and develop a more generic 3D Slicer extension. @@palomar-research wow so amazing and I am so interested! I am using 3d slicer for 3d reconstruction of mri ct mainly liver part and always had interest in SOFA! I am curious how SOFA will be integrated to 3D Slicer and applied to preoperative surgical simulation!
