I have personally installed some of these and maintained many. The functional performance of a paint booth should never be measured/graded without first having a knowledgeable person/group set up and tuning the booth after installation. Both supply and extraction fan systems have fine-tuneable speed adjustments, spray and bake modes operation correctly tuned/adjusted also to make for years of smooth trouble-free operation. These booths work as well as any other when properly installed and tuned, & I have worked on multiple of probably about any brand/type you can think of for years...seriously!
I used this product on my brother's '37 Chevy Truck several years back. It's almost like spraying bondo! I'll use it again on heavily pitted or wavy panels.
What is your “Premium Flowable Filler” you are adding to reduce the viscosity of the polyester putty? It is not called this or sold this way. If you gave the name and part number would help greatly without calling my local paint supply. At the end, three containers are shown, with part numbers from Auto Body Now, which I am a customer, but it says metal glaze. Slightly confusing unless I am standing at the counter showing the video. I realize the production of the video is by Everycoat, but sponsored by ABN. Can the correct product be clarified so I know what product to purchase. Thanks & I hope you understand my confusion in product name. Thanks.
ok, so i throw them in there and then i empty them every night where? these are all stupid videos. if i have to empty every night why can't i just lay them on the ground, hang them from a line?
