1:27 - is Elinor St. John sad about Jack Conrad’s death like she’s mourning a friend or does she not feel sorry for him at all? 1:30 - what was that guy whispering exactly to Irv about? Questions that I doubt will be answered are: • Is Jack’s last film that bad or a comeback as his friend said? • Why aren’t Jack’s ex-wives and his last girlfriend at his funeral? • Are Jack and George in Heaven?
One of the great movie scenes and a great movie all round..I was so engrossed in this particular scene with that brilliant trumpet version of Gold Coast sunset that made me think I was there at the time and was reminiscing..
dont show too much babylon scene, your channell will be ban by youtube for nudity and sex content ;) (its what happend to me with the end scene (technically because i get no video with nudity so... i say that in case of )
Un peliculón como un campano. Una sátira de lo que es pasar de ser imprescindible a un olvidado. De que nuestro momento no es más que una moda de los demás. Sublimes interpretaciones.
This is one of the most powerful scenes I have ever watched. The music here is phenomenal. Kudos to the actual guy playing this behind the reel. You have done an excellent job my friend. Artists and composers for the music like this always redirect us to see the grand picture and purpose of everything.
Also to hell with the Oscar’s not giving this film any dues! Costume design, soundtrack(absolutely) but no nods to cinematography, acting, direction. One of the best films of 2022
@@Nobody04_ I watched the movie for the first time two weeks ago, and I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. I still can't understand why critics hate it so much. I think they might be dumb
It's an exposé on how the Hollywood industry ruthlessly chews up and spits out people. It's no surprise The "Academy" felt some type of way about this film, but what is understood doesn't need to be explained. This movie is art from start to finish.
