Yes but your health matters and for those who work all the time your body registers and stores subconscious stress that can create disease in the body such as mental health illness, and physical illnesses like back pain, belly pain, fibromyalgia, diabetes, autoimmune disease etc. So if you are not going to go on vacation it may be doctors visits for you.
