Hey girl I was watching your scrubs video and the set you tucked in did look really cute. But if that’s not usually your thing and you want scrubs to be the most loose and easy moving then just because a top is a certain style you don’t have to tuck it in. If you like it then you should do it! But if you think a scrub top is a tuck in shirt but you would rather not then leave it untucked. You look cute either way so do you like and want to do.
The energy you exude is so pure and beautiful. Congratulations on all of your travels and success. My condolences on the loss of yout Mommy. May you continue to make her proud. Blessings
It’s your $ 🎯 And thank you for keeping it real. I weight 178 but my BMI is 30. I want to lose 40lbs but I’m also in school and i work full time plus Im a single parent. So I don’t have a lot of time for the gym but I did work out before I got depressed. Now I’m coming out of that sadness and I want to to invest in myself to get a better body. I don’t want to do it long term as it is only 40lbs - it’s not a lot compared to other folks. So I’m thinking like 4-5months and I should be back at my regular happy weight.
@@sabrinalaporte_ oh okay . Do you mind saying your starting weight? I’m starting Ozempic soon and they said it’s a 3 month program.. so basically you lose 12 pounds a month. Was this the same for you?
@@Mishyxoj they shouldn’t give you a number on how much you should lose because everyone is different. I started at 207 and got down to 165. I saw most of the weight loss when I was in 50 units weekly. I would say while you’re on it try to eat a healthy diet and exercise.

Finally....someone with a positive review. I am about to go from .25 to .50. I am severely overweight and am now diabetic. I am hoping for good results.
Good for you girl, you're looking great. May I ask how tall you are? I'm starting this soon and I am 5'2" but a lot heavier than you were. I am hoping and praying this works for me and doesn't cause me a lot of issues.
Hi thank you. 😊 I’m 5’5. I’ve done weightlifting in the past so that’s why don’t look my weight. I always recommend ginger ale, drinking plenty of water, and exercise even if it’s just walking. It’ll help keep the weight off even after you eventually get off.
@sabrinalaporte_ Thank you! I'll keep those tips in mind. I haven't always been so big but I have a hard time getting it off these days. My major problem is surely water. Imma have to chug chug chug! Appreciate your reply 💜
Thank you for giving me hope.. am currently 258lbs due to childbirth and my bmi is over 50.. my doc put me on ozempic and I have bn so scared to use it due to negative comments
I just got prescribed this medication yesterday but still am waiting on shipment. After reading the reviews, I'm also very worried just bc there are so many negative reviews. Please let me know your experience with it. I asked for Zofran just incase of nausea.
@@sybrinabrantley30I have just started 3 weeks in and have found the nausea is caused by being hungry. I eat something and feel better. Have not vomitted
@@sabrinalaporte_ i thought maybe you did it to see if anyone noticed lol... you look great btw. I recently got my bloodwork done through noom and i'm pretty sure this product is what they are going to throw me on. keep up the good work!
@@renovategamer no ! I just don’t have ladder 😂. But I’m glad they did labs for you because a lot of places do not do labs, or even educate patients properly on it. I wish you the best ❤️

As someone who is on Ozempic and has been for about 1 month, this was very educational. I have been reducing my carb intake, increasing my protein intake, and "maintenance" working out to avoid losing muscle. I have lost 10lbs. in my first month and I am finally starting to see a difference in my stomach which is the area I was hoping to target. You go girl!!! We've got this!!

Hi I'm glad I found your channel. I have been trying to see if other nurses have gone to esthetician school. I also have been thinking about this for a while since I also would not only want to do injectables but also facials and other treatments.
