Before wax warmers, there were electric candle warmers. Not only can you absolutely have them in a dorm, but they have several uses. Firstly, obviously you can put your candle on it and it warms it and puts off the scent without open flame. It is also awesome for keeping your freshly made tea or coffee piping hot while you study. In a pinch, if you have a hot meal you can't get to right away, you can take it out of plastic packaging and put the food on a regular ceramic plate. Then put the plate on the warmer and invert a bowl over it. And remember your basic food safety rules... Don't eat it if it had been sitting out like that all day. I only viewed this to find out how to pronounce SUNY. A fictional character (a nurse) in a song I'm working on "attends" this University - simply because I had to have her based in NYC. I needed to view to the end to hear Abigail give that pronunciation. So thanks for that. But I wanted to comment to let Abigail know what a superb job she did explaining the info. What a pro!

You wear a mask because you’ve been taught that obedience to authority is a virtue. Cloth masks are completely useless we’ve known this since the plagues of the middle ages. Critical thinking at our universities is at an all time low.
He was an amazing man. He will be missed. Not only that, but he was also a great author. I've read all his books. He took what could have been a potentially boring subject and written in a dry manner like a college textbook, and instead wrote about the subject in an entertaining manner. Anyone with an interest in the Fort Edward or Lake George, New York history should read his books.
How this woman is allowed to get away with straight bigotry and racism is beyond me. Either racism is wrong or it isn’t. Can’t have it both ways. This woman needs a good wake up call.
