Just found you today and my husband doesn't know it yet but he's already mad at you because now we have to make another trip to the dollar tree so I can make all of these to add to my already extremely large collection of decorations in my defense I keep telling myself I'm making some of these for my son he loves Halloween also. (Actually I think I'm going to have to start making 2 of everything. Shush don't tell my husband)🙊🤫😉🤭
Oh no! I can't have any husbands mad at me! 😆😂😂 I have an extremely large collection of Halloween too and have actually been going through stuff to donate because I definitely think I have too much. Wish my daughter was into Halloween. Love her to death, but we couldn't be more opposite of eachother 😅
I’m entranced by the crystal ball on hand! My question is can you only shove the lights under the little dome inside the larger plastic outer dome? I saw someone else put poly-fil inside a plastic crystal ball w the lights and the effects looked great. Are you able to get up inside the clear part? Your crafts are fantastic!! And there’s a ton out there!!
If I understand what your asking, yes. There's no other way to attach the lights. Besides putting it in the hand. The crystal ball is too small for the battery pack. If you do happen to figure out another way, I'd love to hear how you did it! And thank you!
@@StellaLiveDIY not exactly what I was trying to explain, sorry bout that The actual clear plastic ball part, I watched you place the lights up inside but the lights went into a smaller area at the bottom of the clear plastic ball part far as I can see. Are you able to push the lights all up and around the ball part? It seems that the lights are all clustered in the bottom as if it’s a small half dome ? I saw someone take a clear plastic crystal ball ( not the same one as yours). And they put the lights in first then shoved white batting all around kinda trying to hide the little lights within the batting. When it was turned on, it reminded me of the crystal ball at Disneyland in the haunted mansion. Hope I did better this time 😆
Ok excuse me!! I rewatched the video. Omg I feel so stupid. You put the lights inside the skull which went inside the crystal ball. I was folding laundry and guess I missed that part!! But if you don’t use the skull and use white or even a colored batting w the lights, that might be a kinda fun idea too? No wonder you were confused about what I said. 😆
Awesome diys!! Here's a tip: if you heat the plastic with a blow dryer or heat gun, it will make it so much easier to cut thick plastic. Happy Crafting!!
Oh my Giddy Aunt I’m so glad I found your videos. Your style is fantastic with all those light projects. I’m so inspired. I’m going to be checking out what crafts I can repurpose and scrounge around for all my fairy lights. Thanks for creating.
These are awesome. I do love that Grandin road hand sconce. This totally works. To make a stain for plastic, get paint and either a plaid clear gel or a floating medium. It works great. You can use the clear wax from chalk paint and add a wee bit of paint. Tfs! P.
@StellaLiveDIY there is a folk art brand of gel stain you can get at craft stores. Walmart used to carry but haven't seen it in a while. There are 3 or 4 colors. To get a truer dirty color, I add a bit of black pain to darken it. Let it sit for a few minutes. Then wipe off with clean old lint free t shirt. If you get it too dark, put a tiny bit of water and wipe away. If not dark enough, I apply with a sea sponge or a make-up triangle from the dollar store.
Wow Wow Wow ❤ Awesome Awesomeness. These are Brilliant Idea's!! I came by your by chance and what pleasant surprise to see the inspiration imagination and creativity you shown. Thank you very much for your video. Blessings 😊
I just found your channel. You hit all the criteria I expect and want from a creator so I quickly subscribed. Your projects were explained clearly with an appropriate tone in your voice, you showed your mistakes etc. I'm definitely going to try a couple of these. Great job.
Im a new subscriber and I cant get enough of your genius ideas. I saved this tutorial too. I want to try and recreate everything. Thank you for sharing 💜🎃👻😶🌫️🧙♀️💀🦇🕷
Thank you!! 🖤🖤 I love making things. Most of my ideas are inspired by decor that I see whether it be from a chain store or another RU-vidr. Wish I could see what you end up making and hope you have fun! 🥰🖤
AMAZING!!!! You said yours were simple LOL These are crazy good and not simple at all, you really have a gift StellaLive!!! That lite up framed haunted house picture is probably my favorite, but they are all sooooo Fantastic!
😂 I'm not though! I use to draw a little bit, but I wasn't that good at it lol. I'm for sure not a painter though. I literally didn't know what I was doing. I was just painting 🤷🏻♀️ lol
