First of all Thanks very much mam You provide a lot of clarity about CMS I have prasad,s guidebook But I want to practice all old papers after at least 1 detailed reading of whole CMS syllabus instead of blindly guessing PYQ,S IT WILL be great help if u can answer my doubt for CMS preparation Mam i am doing JRship And want to prepare specifically for UPSC CMS ... Should i buy bailey,s textbook and read the topics list u mentioned from there OR Marrow videos and notes are enough for CMS.
I haven't see marrow video so I can't say about it. But I always told that there is no substitute of textbook. Because question always asked from textbook like Bailey and Love, Dutta, Ghai, Davidson, Park, Harrison etc.That will be excellent decision, if you read whole syllabus once before doing PYQ. You can do it by any reliable study material which you have, either coaching notes or textbooks.But many students qualified CMS, have told that they read only prasad guide ( multiple times). If you see cut off of CMS (for last 5 years), it is always less than repeat from Prasad Guide. So guide is also very very important.
