Wow this is by far one of the best constructed videos and beautiful flow on all these subject to negative thinking. I've been battling obsessively with negative thinking into self pity/judgement/criticism, and this opened my mind to be more positive and have self compassion to myself and others. What kind of labels are you using? I always have issues of the sun erasing my markers. I have tried a TON of options. Do you run into the same issue with these?
Heyy 👋🏾 I used metal plant labels I purchased off of Amazon; that's what you see me sticking into the dirt. I used a Brother's label machine to print the names of my food. Then I stick the label sticker on the metal plant labels. It works great! No issues with them at all.
It's a message to God. I like to also think of it as a conversation with God. It's a way to lay your burdens on to him (Psalm 55:22), praise him (2 Corinthians 1:3-4), and worship him (Deuteronomy 10:21). Romans 8:26 tells us "Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words." This Spirit being the Holy Spirit God gives all who believe in him and the sacrifice of his son. God bless you 🙏💗

Thanks for the info!! I've used rabbit manure before and I think that helped so I am trying to find that again as well. I am surprised at what people sell on Craigslist but there is a market for it. Where would I purchase meal or worm castings?
