such a professional video, helped me out a ton and cant reccomend it enough. dont understand why your channel isnt much bigger, it certainly deserves to be!
In comparison to the Far Lands size until the breakdown to the infinite ocean (which would probably also break down at some point, or at least the aquatic features or the bedrock) 12550821-12550824 seem nothing
A LOT of "flavors" of "FarLands" have existed in the Bedrock version. Sadly those are lost. They were absolutely amazing. Stretching blocks, falling through the world but being able to sit in a boat or ride a horse, funny stuff. I wish there were more bedrock edition archives.
Does sodium work with all mods, 1.20.1 cave dweller, twilight forest, enders cataclysm? I have 32 mods. I have a i51135g7 with intel iris xe, which is more than 120% better than his uhd620.
It's kind of a shame Notch made ghost chunks generate at 32 million. Otherwise I could see a madman like MysticalMidget attempting to walk to the farther lands
My game runs pretty smoothly if I'm not loading new terrain. But once I start moving around, I am faster than the terrain generation. I basically cannot use my elytra for traveling because I have to hover around the corner of nothingness until the terrain is loaded. So which of these can help me better? I have a core i5 system with a 630M graphics card.
Just so you know everyone, iris also increases performance in regular gameplay, not just with shaders. Also some other mods you may want to use - more culling and more culling extra, by the same person who did the memory leak fix mod, which does loads of different culling methods. Next, feytweaks, which optimises signs and beacons, useful if you have lots of those. Next, fasterrandom, does what you’d expect. Lastly, C2ME optimises chunks and jnsane amount
according to my personal experience on an absolute dogshit computer, sodium for 1.17+ and opfine for 1.16 or less for more frames. as making this comment, i have these specs: Intel Core i3-350M 2.27GHz Integrated Graphics 8GB DDR3 1600MHz SSD 128GB
You should do another performance test with these two and add more. Like there are a few performance mods I use for forge that help optifine a bit more, and with those you should find Fabric versions (or similar ones) of those mods to bring the ultimate high performance Minecraft experience for those on low end stuff :P
