I opened my third eye one two but on the third time a small white light spotted me then it got to the point where it was following me and it got bigger like a spotlight and it was chasing me down I was trying to hide from it it freaked me out I woke up I haven't been able to get it back ever since

I remember listening to this video while i was in edibles long time ago and i couldn't understand anything ,i been sober and i found this video again i eas too distracted but i finally understood the video,even tho it may serm obvious for someone else it wouldn't resonate with me until now 😮 who felt this before?
Be in fullfilled state..think as if you are writing Gratitude note (the day ur having everything and ur just grateful to have all that write in that way) because the way u write you will feel in that way and you will become that energy and do make a note of this u don't get what u want u get who u are ..so work on ur energy.. magic just happens

To be able to wake up and become aware while in this human experience is the first step. To recognize awareness in the drowsy state is the next step. To pay attention, listen and stay aware of awareness, is a practice that leads to more elevated states of awareness.
I look for a partner, collaborator, friend, lover, someone to discuss vulnerability, lay with in joy, eat with in laughter, work with in comfort and anticipation, engage in hobbies and entertainment with me and her, accept each other’s life styles and support, share 100% all that we have. We can become one with each other.
