Hi everyone! My name is Paris and welcome to my RU-vid channel! I am currently studying civil engineering and playing varsity tennis at McMaster University, so you're going to see a whole lot of university videos, some sustainability videos and just some random vlogs here and there. Hope you enjoy the videos!
You have to write the P.Eng exam and work in the field under a supervising engineer for 48 months before you are qualified to have the title of an engineer.
@@zero7523 You're right. I just looked it up. I guess I missed that before when I read the website. Seems like you do get the ring upon graduation at the ring ceremony. Thanks for correcting me. However, I think the rest of what I said stands true. Seems weird to have your ring and still can't legally have the title of an engineer until after the rest of the requirements.
Hey Paris. God bless you. What do you look for in a best friend, in terms of qualities? Cause do you know that Jesus oculd be your best friend? He cares, comforts, He will never leave you or forsake you, He is kind, compassionate, understanding, loving, and understands like no other. Most of all, He is proven true time and time again, and He died on your behalf, to save you from your sins, if you will believe in Him. Trust Him, He will never fail you, nor leave you, all you got to do is trust Him, just try, to talk to Him, get close to Him, and He will be the very best friend you will ever have.
I fell in love with guelph's Blonde guy and ımma be in ont next year pleasee gimme his instagram<3 additionally that was a highly needed video cause for international students its hella complicated even the application process itself. Thank you for dividing these into such good subjects and providing a such good quality video <3
Hi! I am an undergraduate civil engineering student, so I unfortunately do not know the admission timeline for masters programs. I would recommend contacting the university to find out!
This thing is a scam, plain and simple. Here are two videos debunking this thing and showing how this is NOT eco-friendly: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bXZG-kzlhPY.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N_cL-Z3Chg0.html
Your missing the point 🙃 Its the best looking breadmaker on the market, once you get shiped one. And after several months it serves as a great paperweight or large door stopper 👌 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-d8M9E_XC3So.html
Hi, I am going to mac engineering next year and I was wondering how big the desks in the dorms are. I wanted to have a laptop (16 inches) and an external monitor (27 inches) but I am worried about space. Would I be able to fit them on the desk?
this is great, and so encouraging and I pray you to continue to grow in your faith. What church do you attend and is it close to the campus? Where can a first-year find a Christian community?
Thank you so much! Will you be attending McMaster? If so I go to LIFT Church and I can definitely get you connected! Let me know or message me on Instagram!
Hi, I’m wondering if the compost/end product that you are getting using lomi ….is it any good? I’m looking for easy composter solely to use it for my plants but was wondering if the compost it produces is any nitriotious for soil or not?
I was thinking of doing an unboxing/test too, but yours is way better than mine could be! Still, I took photos of what I put in for the first Lomi-Approved cycle and we'll see what we get. Thanks, Paris, for the reminders about calculating the whole sustainability picture, not just the convenience aspect.
Sustainability is definitely not an easy thing to evaluate, and I've still got so much to learn - hopefully I will get to continue sharing what I learn with you guys :) would love to hear your thought on LOMI too after you've used it for a few months!
Hey Paris, great video -very helpful for Gr 12 students! Did you mention that you would link to the Instagram accounts of the participants if people wanted to ask questions? I am not seeing the links for some reason. LMK? Thanks!
Hi Paris, your videos are so great! I'm so glad that I found your channel as I am trying to explore mcmaster. I applied to mcmaster engineering and I'm taking an inperson engineering tour this week. I'm curious as a visitor, can I sit in a lecture to feel what uni classes are like, or maybe go into the library? Also, can I buy food if I don't have a meal plan?
Hey emma! are you doing the day in the life program where you follow someone around? Regardless, you can definitely sit in on lectures to see what its like. If you need a class to go to you can come to some of mine just let me know! In terms of food, you can definitely buy food with a credit/debit card. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!
@@parisliu5172 Thank you so much for the information! I think this tour is different from the day in life program, and it is only for one hour. And it's so nice of you to invite me to your classes. Thank you for that cause I do feel a little scared to just randomly pop into a lecture! However, I will only have approximately 2 hours before my tour start and I know usually uni lectures are long. So I'm a little afraid that I will interrupt in the middle of your classes.
Depending on the time you’re coming you most likely won’t interrupt because most classes are 50 minutes long! If you want message me on Instagram and I can let u know what time my classes are :)
