@@coffeesniffer Hellooooo! Thank you for your comment and I’m glad to hear you say so 🥹✨ Switzerland is amazing beautiful country🇨🇭 It’s worth a visit ☺️
Something that people tend to not know is that most of Europe has modernized everything a bit too much so the nature has suffered. In Switzerland for example, there are no bears or virgin forests anymore. Also, when in the countryside in Western Europe, look for wildflowers, if there aren't any, they spray in that area. Anyway, the best nature in Europe might be the Romania, Bulgaria plus former Yugoslavia republics area as less has been destroyed there. And, in Europe there 44 fully recognized counties that have the capital in Europe and 50 that have land in Europe. And ofc if you count N Africa and the Middle East, lots of things can be visited on a weekend trip. Top destinations in Europe are, without contest, Italy and Greece, because of their history. And in N Africa, obviously Egypt. And ofc visitors should be aware that there are very substantial differences between cultures, just like there are major cultural difference between Japan and China even if the 2 countries are neighbors (for example, when Chinese people are upset, you are gonna see it very clearly on their face and in their eyes while in Japan, it's much harder to tell what people really think). So each culture is different, history, traditions, food are different. Also, sometimes people from Japan worry a bit too much about safety and maybe even jump to the wrong conclusions sometimes- not all of Europe is full of pickpocketers or unsafe at night and so on. Oh and for anyone that plans to hike, please take trails that you can handle from a safety perspective and be prepared for the weather, even in the summer, especially if you go above 2000m altitude. Different climate so please get informed and stay safe. Anyway, what are the best ski resorts in Japan? I only know about Nagano.
Was thinking that people from Japan like hot springs and in Europe the countries with most hot springs and somewhat known for that are Greece, Italy, Iceland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey.
The baked dish you made sounds like some kind of version of mousakka- many countries have moussaka and the recipe will vary greatly, there must be hundreds of versions.

Subways don't make sense in smaller cities and European cities are smaller. A subway requires very costly infrastructure so, if we think in terms of cost per km, then it needs to travel fast and move a lot of people. To be able to travel fast, it needs to stop less often as slowing down, stopping and then accelerating again is time wasted (cost wise and also for the passengers that don't get off at that station) so there is always significant distance between stations. And to be able to move a lot of people it''s speed plus capacity of the train and that's why they tend to be larger than a bus or a tram. The advantages are speed, the fact that it goes in a straight line and that it doesn't stop for traffic lights.. The disadvantages, cost aside , it requires a bit of extra time to enter and exit the station plus a relatively large distance between stations so a bit more walking required for the passengers to get to the station and then to their destinations. And of course, in smaller cities, the large capacity requirement would be impossible to achieve unless trains would travel a lot less often and that would mean more wasted time for passengers plus higher costs (lower utilization of the infrastructure). So the way we must look at it is the fastest way to get somewhere from departure to destination, including all the walking and waiting plus costs. So subways make sense only for moving a lot of people over longer distances. otherwise the math favors buses and trams.
@@realjx313 Thank you for your comment ✨ I always learn a looooot from you! Indeed about the subways, And in Japan, it's only in the cities for subways, so that's why! I got it, thank you so much for telling me 😌
