The crazy thing about that exhaust, is despite being one of the cheapest. It might tonally sound the best. I'd take this over a V&H Hooligan exhaust any day I think.
cool. Question: Do you feel that drivers can SEE you enough? I want a Grom as a second bike, but live in the New York area where drivers are often brutal and careless. Are you invisible on a Grom? What's the feeling in thick traffic?
When I started I had black panels and stock exhaust. After first crash I changed colour to brighter one and put louder exhaust. I could tell the difference for sure. I'm more noticeable visually and can be heard approaching. Also depends how you ride🙃 Once you get your Grom, you will know. The feeling is great, I am able to filter pretty much anywhere. Thank you for an awesome question and ride safe😎
@@HerRide Outstanding.. Love the "tour"! One thing I notice is that London has MANY more two-wheeled vehicles, including tons of scooters.. so drivers are obviously aware that they (and Grom riders) are all around them. In the States, motorcycles are much larger (big Interstate road systems), and also much fewer. Since the Pandemic, driver's thinking here has become far more selfish and reckless; they don't see me NOW on a Yamaha 1300. BUT... I'm still keen on a Grom, after 50 years and 28 motorcycles. Thanks! More!
I mean put a loud horn "truck horn" that will definitely "wake up" people. Side lights perhaps. Whatever to make you feel safer. Every city is different🙃 Make it work for you.
Whew... Now, THAT looks scary!! Those tiny 12" wheels... tiny little minibike... tiny little lighting... greasy roads, chaotic traffic patterns... Wow. I wouldn't feel safe even on my FJR1300 Touring bike in that. Well, I guess you survived!
Bike sounds cool what exhaust have u got, and is the baffle out. I see in use video that u take the bike above 60 mph is this OK for it as I worry about the engine blowing up, any advice welcome many thanks chris
Hello, Chris. Thank you! I've got Kemimoto MSX 125. DB out. I've pushed it up to 75 mph. It does sound like it's going to blow up, but it won't. Need to red line every gear to get to higher speed. This bike needs higher rpm for sure and it is reliable machine. Only 4 gears😂
