Nice review. This is my all time favorite, ninja, if you will, movie. They don't make stuff like this anymore. The choreography is just amazing. Yes it's quite over the top, but not as over the top as kicking ppl 10 feet in the air or something. The weapon fights are superb, it must have taken a lot of time to get it right. Sometimes you see it's really fake. Like fake kicks and punches. But overall it is an amazing movie. I do agree on the girl scene, I understand it was needed for the plot. However... without that girl, the bad ninja guy could've taken over the school with no problem anyway. So yea, it wasn't really needed. When I rewatch this movie, I skip this part. Nice fun fact. Lo Mang, the guy who appears here in the movie as the guy we see in the beginning as well, the 'bare handed' guy, he also plays in Ip Man 4. A much older guy now ofcourse. Still nice to see that he still makes movies. Not much can be found about the other actors unfortunatly.
I’m confused. What happened to all the training he did in the first movie? He was a beast. He was awesome. And now in this movie he’s an imposter? An actor? Not a real monk? Kinda dumb.
That's because he's not San Te from the first movie. The same actor from the last movie is playing a different character that has a striking resemblance to San Te and focuses on his journey of sneaking into the 36th chamber. Basically the movie shows an imposer San Te hustle his way to the 36th Chamber.
I love this movie.. This guy starts off as an Usopp/gag character and ends up learning scaffolding style. It was hillarious and the end fight scenes were insane
Have you ever had any experience with SamuraiSwords.Store? I’m wondering how the quality is regarding their swords. They build custom swords as well. Apparently they are located in longquan, China. Where their swordsmith makes the blades.
@The Man i also want to know about the reputation of samuraisword.store. Their custom sword making app is really cool, i can see myself spending alot of money if i can verify the reliability of their products.
Sinoswords.com and swordsofnorthsire.com are well known custom sword makers both in the Longquan region (historically known for blade smiths) and will always send photos. They both also have great reputation in the sword buying community as a whole. And I know northshire default uses real silk and both default with real same (the Ray skin)

I know I keep saying it got removed or taken down by Capcom, which wasn't true. Guess I was thinking about another game. My apologies. Anyways, link to the game is in the description for those interested. I highly recommend people check it out. It's free.
Moral of the story is, ALWAYS see pics of the finished custom BEFORE they ship it to you. My other custom did this and it came out beautifully, no issues what-so-ever. I do love rest of the sword, it's just the Saya and Rayskin are the wrong colors.
