Every time I watch one of your videos I learn something and get more understanding of making beats. Also, can’t help but feel inspired bro! Another banger💯💪🏽
great video ! I think I will check more of your videos because I'm new in PT and I come from different DAW's the most time I used Logic Pro X but I wanna try some new to get inspired. I'm wondering what is the best way to bounce midi to audio ... I know you can drag and drop to an audio track or you can make bounce track or what the right name were I'm not sure atm. But my biggest issue is " Example : You have some tracks like Kick, Snare, Synth Pad and so on... It's in midi and I want to put them into audio. Now I really can't make it with the same name because PT said there is already another file named "kick, snare etc." than the new name is different.. like Kick-Midi-01 ... Is there a way to tell PT that you can name midi and audio files with the same name because they are not the same data ?
How I get around the naming thing is I just put a space after the last letter of the word. So for example if I have a track titled kick and I want another track titled kick, I would just type kick and then hit space bar and save it. It reads it as being a different name.
@@amirperrymusic thanks for your fast answer didn't even know that PT can handle files like this.. I found second way yesterday. You can easily type in the names like kick snare etc. and at the end when you have all your midis done and want to switch to audio you can use batch rename and Add suffix MIDI to all of the marked files.. than you can see the difference between audio and midi even faster in your clips list etc. This DAW is so full of different ways absolutely crazy ! Do you still work with PT ?
@@amirperrymusic nice ! Don't know why but this DAW has it's one spirit... Workflow is different here but feels amazing when you get used to it. Anyways good videos ! I will finish my next beat today and come back to watch more of your videos for sure ! Keep doing this kind of stuff !
I watched this video yesterday after doing a bunch of yard work and family been sick all week. Man I did not feel Like doing anything until I got in the room. But, the DAWs kept crashing. Pro tools wouldn’t even open. I was like nope, not tonight.
Dedicating sometime to watch your playlist this week and leave some comments for my own journaling. This video inspired me to utilize xpand a bit more but also choose a vst I really enjoy and maximize it. This video also Inspired me to write some midi hihat patterns to import into pro tools or whatever daw as a supplement drum programming. Workflow tips.
Lovin this Loverish tune Amir and I see you using OUTPUT , i've got the whole suite, some pretty nice sounds in there, Keep these awesome tracks comin man!
I’m just editing on the grid. You play with the quantization to get it to feel how you want it. I go over it more in this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fhbQ_qYec5M.htmlsi=ctJO9uI0K1kd8urp
The piano peace you played b4 recording it sounded like boys to men intro for On bended knee. You should have recorded that first and build the song around that. Would have definitely given you that “loverish” vibes 😉 Still a dope track though.
@@amirperrymusic And he’s my dad. I’ve recently been working on music with him myself and I think I’m doing pretty good. I made my first song at four years old😂
The beat GO HARD! I am a newbie to beat making in protools and I thank you for this. My favorite part was where you messed up and explained it to the viewers!
