You chose a frame with a leak size of 177 mm and an engine with a leak size of 150-155 mm, so how did you manage to put the engine in the rear swing arm?
the frame are so expensive. I think if you have a blueprint, you can hire someone else to cut and weld it with better materials, probably still at the same price
Hey my friend just recently wrecked mine and I have fixed everything so far all I need now is new forks(they got split in half) what is a good website for the front forks, I really need them
How fast the hub motor get hot ? I have 60v3000w hub motor and 60v45-50amp controller and my motor hub get 70deg after 4-5 miles of driving is this normal?
I subbed so that I don't lose this parts list! I'm also working on an S/B frameset with 200mm rear clearance for a 19" NBPower QS273 and was thinking real hard about the front end setup... I honestly think this bike is going to be scary
Just changed my front end out to 2023 surron forks that I found for very cheap locally and man are they better then the zoom forks. Definitely would recommend getting a good front end setup.
Not a fan of that charging port location. My clone has it at the top where gas would go in. Nice build dude. How hot does your controller get under full load, full speed and going uphill?
I don't have any hills in my area so I can't really tell you how hot it gets under serious load but I am usually going full throttle or sending it on trails and I've had no over heating issues at all.
The issue is the battery.. sorry to be the one to say it but the battery doesnt have enough output off what the controller needs. So try tuning it down or buy a bigger battery
