Patrick Henry College thanks you in advance for your role in helping establish a safe and exemplary online community that respects RU-vid's Community Guidelines. Thanks for the shout out! So glad to have your son in Teen Leadership Camp this summer! Praying that he and his classmates are better prepared to influence the world for Christ as a result.
@@PhcEdu Thank you for the reply. My son has been blown away not just by all that he has been learning, but by the authentic, godly character of the staff and students. He is now talking about maybe attending PHC instead of Texas A&M for college. So it must be really incredible.
Many good questions asked, especially by the students, and the speaker didn't answer any of them. And is every Christian now just a closet feminist? Women's suffrage, having careers, and pursuing degrees as a result of affirmative action isn't feminism? Also to women with degrees complaining about not finding a husband...men don't care about your degrees or career. It's not impressive. Everyone works, you're not special, you're just the weaker version of a man. But if you can cook, you're pleasant to be around, you're chaste, and you can raise children, that's more than what 90% of Western women (or just Westerners) can manage to accomplish. Even the Christian schools have been tainted by liberal secularism.
certainly , its not about being strong in bone like horse or in muscle like hippopotamus that makes one wise or successfull, but the spirit of El shaddai makes one successful indeed!
I could not be more excited about the release of this course! I had the privilege of taking one of his classes this past semester and will be taking classes with him in the future as well. Dr. Mitchell has been immensely formative to me in both my academic and spiritual life!
you all dont care about freedom or "protecting children". quit pretending this is a righteous cause. you cannot force your religious beliefs on others and especially not on women who have been sexually assaulted. shame on all of you.
Every religion points that Jesus was of a "consciousness" that was of "Christ"Like.but only Jesus himself has stated "I am the truth, The Light, and The Way"!!!!
So profound to know From Prof Peckam that, God dealing with Evil is *the use of Character 1st b4 Power* to deal with EVIL. So Profound btn 19 and 21st Minutes. God bless 🙌 Him more
Fox news, so reputable....... They let Tucker work there. I would recommend working for a legitimate organization. You probably can't do that with a worthless degree from a non accredited institution.
Thank you for sharing these beautiful performances by the PHC ensembles. I am looking forward to hearing Mr Appleton's choir in Southern California this Spring!
A fascinating debate! I wish I could've heard the audience question-and-answer section with the following conclusions, but what was posted here was truly informative and thought-provoking. I find it interesting that Mr. Knox referenced Go (Wei Qi) and then proceeded to capitalize on a strategy that is very much based on the concepts of chess. Trying to play two different versions in the game of war is a large part of what protracted Chinese and American poor relations in the years between 1950 and 1980, and as China has a long ingrained habit and history of not adapting to the strategies of other countries, America could perhaps benefit from taking a more Wei Qi approach. I haven't been convinced either way - the issue is a little too complex and grave to decide on less than an hour of discussion. But I applaud both participants in this debate; Mr. Knox for his style, flair, and passion, and Mr. Symons for his carefulness and perceptiveness. It would be amazing to see more of these sorts of debates posted by the Patrick Henry College channel. They give an invaluable insight into the development of student minds and PHC's approach to handling divisions in current issues. Thank you for sharing!
