Yummm... I cooked it...came from Atlanta to Trini in 1996 & been cooking it ever since... I used to have the Chief seasoning delivered to me. Now I can find it here
These are addictive, I have two to fry up today...lol . I usually put very little oil in a wide cast iron pan and spread them around and keep a close eye in case they burn. It comes out really great. Fried plantain and fried bakes was one of my childhood favs.
