So the same thing happened to me after only four uses! All four grommets came off. I didn’t overstuff it, it’s a known defect. I sent it to repair, waited six weeks, repair sent it back crushed/damaged/ scratched, and they had to send me a new one. Here’s hoping this one comes out ok.
