My name is Vanessa Quinteros, and I am a working makeup artist with over 10 years experience and educator. I work as a Freelance Make Artist and Educator for various brands, and also do bridal work, editorial etc. Currently I am owner and lead artist of @Beautymarkink.
My true passion is educating. Locally in the SF Bay Area I provide group and personal lessons. I am very new to RU-vid. I mainly started doing videos for Lashify, but will be sharing more when I can other makeup techniques. As a working artist, I will be doing videos as time allows! Thank you so much for your support, and stay tuned for more!
Omg so I did lash laundry and put the lashes in alcohol. Let them soak for a few mins. And took a spooly and cleaned the glue off. I let them sit for maybe 2 hours to dry. And when I came back all the bottom of the lashes had white from the paper towel I put them on! Ugh! How do u prevent this from happening? R u not supposed to let it dry on a paper towel? When I put the lashes on, that’s when I realized it and had to go over it with a black liner
If you have a jewelry vibrating cleaning machine, you can empty it out, clean, add alcohol and lashes, and turn on to high for a few minutes. I usually start seeing a little crud coming off, and then I clean them the way she does in the video.
Thank you Vanessa! This is the best instructional video I've seen on cleaning Lashify Gossamers. The tips you shared regarding the brushes (and the paper towels)...priceless. Appreciate this!
2:25 One of the moments I'm grateful to be equally steady with both my left and right hand.😉Always done my makeup with both hands equally. Thank you for a great tutorial. Just got my first kit.
I love your videos. I just put on my first time from the kit. I have a very difficult time in the inner corner due to having hoofed lids. Any recommendations on how to apply? I must say i do love them already. Looks so natural.
I love your tutorial. I wish someone would lay out a couple charts with the best size layouts for different looks and how to make your eyes look different ways. Thanks it was great. 💟
@@katrinahtgoh i snap the top part off (i wouldn’t use my wand cuz i heard others broke theirs!) and then hold so just spine showing then slide back in…works better for the thicker spines like Geminis or Extreme. I use the A8 & A10 mostly and those don’t hold up to much reuse or cleaning. Hope this helps.
What do you do to offer it to your clients. As a hairstylist, I wouldn’t mind offering it to my clients. Do you offer it just with a make up service or as a lash extension?
that really helped me. I just got my control kit yesterday, and was really struggling with the fusing tool..I know your tips on holding and being comfortable with it really gave me some great tips
Great tutorial! Has any ever told you that your voice remind them of a young Madonna ? Also how long after application can you get them wet like shower or swim
