You don’t need to remove those moldings. The grille just pulls out. The t15s hold the outer to the inner frame. I’m sure you figured that out after lol.
My driver's side door handle broke today on my 2017 530i. Should I just order the handle part as shown in the video, or are there additional components I need to purchase?
Sucks how Ram screwed those that prefer the look of the large RAM letters vs this emblem. You can put the letters on but it would look stupid because of the indentation where the Ram emblem went.
This is killing me just to watch. I applied heat with my heat gun and it came right off. I use this technique constantly to remove stickers on my rear window as I change out decals regularly
Vid helped me double check some things i couldn't see so thank you. just a update on this, you do not have to remove the front tapped on trim piece or the top cover from the grill. just remove the plastic retaining screw clips on the top of the grill and then the whole thing will pop out from the bottom clips you showed in the video. no other screws need to be removed. just the top plastic ones.
Don't know about the easy peasy part but It will definitely fit, every part of a premium luxury and a Sport are interchangeable. , got a '23 premium luxury that the dealer blacked out everything on except the grill and I'm considering doing that too.
bro would you build a 2007 honda accord with k24 motor thats already in 5 speed or trade that and get a 2006 acura tSX with a bigger beefer motor but in auto and wayyy lower miles.
What’s up?! Considering I’ve been driving for a long time, these days I prefer an automatic transmission. I would go with the TSX especially if it has lower miles, has a bigger motor, and is probably not going to be a problem to register, etc. I always say “to each their own”, but those are my preferences. sure did in the end i made a decision to keep my accord and ill build this instead due to the fact the private seller of the TSX was shady and didnt reveal much about his car until i arrived to test drive.. to many unknowns for me to one to bother with however i found a TSX motor in my area for $800 my plans is to grab that open it up beef up the cams and clean up the motor then drop it in my accord ktune etc etc then i plan to rebuild the one im snatching out lol as a back up lol@@haddcustoms3070
Do you need to remove any excess leftover glue on the truck before applying the new badge? I removed the chrome badge and wanting to put a black one on that I ordered but also didn’t know if I need to add some glue on the back of the new one before clipping it in? If so, what glue?
Hi there and thanks for watching! When I reattached the chrome RAM emblem to the black backing plate, I used double sided adhesive to reinforce the contact between the two parts. Thanks for the video, question why did u remove it? Im looking at getting a 2023 5th gen. But it's about the night editions are about 10K. I figure I can debaged it or replace with Black letters and emblems, But the grill is a different story. Not sure I plastic Dip it or where to find a reasonable night edition. Appreciate advise or suggestions
For future watchers make sure you're using a T15 with a relatively skinny profile. I had a T15 that has the same profile from T8 all the way up to T27 and I couldn't get it past the first edge of the hole in the handle to even make contact with the screw's head.

Thanks man. It worked well but, since you asked, try moving the camera back a little from the close ups occasionally. The bloodshot eyes and showing the door panel hanging off really made the rest of us feel at home. Ya done good.
This helped me with removing the handle on a G30 550. But when I closed the door I was unable to open the door from inside the car so not I cant open the door or put the handle back on. I even used a pick tool to pull the lever from inside the whole and it is not working, Any idea on how I can re-open the door?
You may have accidentally set the child lock on! You may still be able to open the door if the outside handle is still off, then look for a lever inside of the rear hole, use and angled pick to pull the lever toward the out side of the door and it should open.
