You "redefined the experience" PERFECTLY.....when we had you do work years ago it was GREAT. Now you've done new work, my basement is flooding, and your team seems not to care...so you did "redefine" it....can you please redefine it BACK to when you cared about the customer?
We paid you almost ten grand...your crew damaged my plumbing...weeks later the basement is flooding again, and your people won't come check it out for two weeks.
