We are FIRST Tech Challenge Team 11329 - I.C.E. Robotics from Bloomington, Indiana. Our mission is helping students find and pursue their passion for science, engineering, and technology. We are a community team supported by RoboBoosters, Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity, and our many wonderful sponsors.
GoBilda 435 RPM (13.7:1) they are belted at a 1:1 ratio to the wheels. If you are wondering why the robot is so fast, it only weighs around 27lbs. We also think using belts has less friction than using bevel gears.
We share fundraising duties and sponsorship money with our sister FRC team. Much more of the money goes to them versus us because running an FRC team costs a lot more!
They got 3 points for placing it on the left, if it was on the right corresponding with the spike mark it would be 10 points with a total of 50 points in autonomous.
@@PleasantNoob Are you sure about that? The purple pixel correctly placed on the spike with a Team Prop was 20 points, they placed a yellow pixel on the board incorrectly which would be 5 points during auton since its the same as white when in the wrong spot (+3 in Teleop) and they parked. (If they would have placed the yellow correctly that would be 20 points) Their partner never moved so they added zero. So the Auton score should have been 30 and once teleop started 33. The score showed 40 then it went to 43 so they got lucky getting a 10 point bonus due to the refs scoring wrong.
