Nice videos! I own the same bike and love it. I’m trying to find a aftermarket smaller taillight and liscence plate support but it’s hard to find parts for these bikes!
It is for a tiny little auxiliary light. When the main light broke that one was still working, otherwise it is so dim that you'd never notice. Might be for a park light, but my bike is configured in a way that it can never normally be on by itself.
