*Can you go to see the so-called FACTORY of TCS, INFOSYS, HUL or RELIANCE?* Is this a Practical approach and suggestion for a retail investor? Not at all. The first 3 companies have No Factories. The Reliance security guard will kick you out if you try to enter their Factory!!

Insurance या बीमा खरीदना तो ठीक है, लेकिन भारत में एक घर लेना शायद सबसे मुश्किल और High Risk वाला काम है। उधार और loan लेकर, अपनी जीवन भर की जमा पूंजी देकर घर लेना। फिर पता चलता है कि बिल्डर आपकी जमा पूंजी और उधार ली हुई राशि लेकर फ़रार हो गया। या फिर बिल्डर आपसे agreement से अधिक धनराशि की मांग बाद में करने लगेगा किसी भी बहाने से, जब आप 75% से 100% राशि दे चुके हो। उसके बाद भी बिल्डर आपको possession नहीं दे रहा है या काम अधूरा छोड़ दिया है या बन्द ही कर के गायब हो गया है। इन सब में तो ज़िन्दगी निकल जायेगी। भारत में Real Estate खरीदना या उसमें निवेश करना, शेयर बाजार में निवेश करने से ज़्यादा जोखिम भरा काम है। Share Market को तो SEBI और Stock Exchange नियंत्रित करते हैं। किन्तु भारत के लचर कानून और भ्रष्टाचार, Real Estate को नियंत्रित करने में अभी तक असफ़ल हैं। केवल कुछ हद तक RERA कानून इसको घटना घटने के बाद damage control करने में अपनी भूमिका निभा सका है। किन्तु वह भी 25% से ज़्यादा नहीं। यह सज्जन चूंकि सिर्फ़ 28 साल के हैं और शायद इन्हें ऐसा कोई तजुर्बा नहीं हुआ है, इसीलिए यह घर खरीदने के बाद चैन से शेयर बाजार में जोखिम या Risk लेने की सलाह दे रहे हैं। *⟩⟩ Why did he start investing in the Share Market at an age of 13?* He might be living in his father's or grandfather's house!!
