Just starting out learning drums now and i feel like such a slave in having to follow the music notation so mechanically due to being a clueless nerd. Watching this though emphasises that being a great drummer is equally about feels and going where the music takes you. Hopefully can get all my fundamentals down pat in the coming months so i can then try to go with the flow more and getting in the zone like you so effortlessly do MrGene. Im sure their is decades of practice behind it, but ultimately wherever we land we just all want to be having fun ❤
