I think light sports is ok 1-2 weeks after. But for harder sports give you some time around a month. If you have a toric one and want to lower any risk of it moving, after 3 months there is basically no chance for it (so limit extreme sports).
@@saaddiary I'm doing great it was the best desicion I've ever made its really life changing. Recovery was super quick vision took about a couple months to properly stabilise but overall I'm very happy
@@Whoshotmyrifle glad you're doing fine!. I really want to go through with it although I don't know it's cost. And I am still trying to know now what type of collagen in the lens and if for how long it'll serve me, as I am already 41.
