Old Gen Gamer is a channel created to show how much I love and appreciate the Video Games I Grew up with (Mainly Sports). IN MY OPINION the best way to play video games were in PlayStation 2, XBOX and GameCube era . Showing the audience these Old School Video Games Exactly how they remember it.
Xbox version was better than PS2 version. Graphics wise it’s not even close. The A.I. and body collisions are different on Xbox as well. Xbox plays like a computer and PS2 plays like an arcade when it’s comes to simulation.
Finally, it's good to hear some good comments... all these people winning...this is a huge success from when we used to play the original NCAA. Football game
I'm a weirdo that doesn't really care about graphics, but van we appreciate how good this game played even for the time? I want to play it now lol but I'm good with retrobowl and rb college retro bowl on phone till I get ncaa 25
I will admit this game did suck on the PlayStation 3 back then but compared to all the modern basketball games they have out now and how bad those are this game is actually a lot better compared to the modern games these days
I have this game since 2010 and it was amazing. I also did franchise mode for the 2014 NFL season as the Patriots and the Eagles and again for the 2015 NFL season as the Steelers and the Seahawks. I also add my own custom soundtracks consist of classic NFL fight songs (like Hail to the Redskins, Fly Eagles Fly, Rams Marching Song, The Raiders, Go You Packers Go, Miami Dolphins #1, etc.) as stadium music which makes it more awesome.
I actually invented the "shake blitz" in this game online. The 1st one to find it and do it. It was absolutely unstoppable. I got ranked in the top 10 nationally with the blitz. This was my favorite madden of all time. It also had the unstoppable panthers wildcat play with cam Newton.
I’m not gonna lie I spent an unrealistic amount of time on this game. Mainly because my Xbox game tray stopped working and this was the game that was stuck inside. 😂😂😂 good memories of this game, first found it on a demo disk that had Death Cab and The Dismemberment plan on it
Anyone play this on their Xbox 360? Microsoft has it listed on the backwards compatible list but when I tried to play it wouldn't work. It could be an issue with my console, but wanted to see if anyone else has tried it on the 360.
This is probably my favourite Madden game on 360. Followed by 07 and 06. I know the 360 version of 06 was pretty stripped back compared to the last gen versions due to the production issues, but I still really enjoy that one.
Who’s here in 2024 going back in time cause we’re finally getting EA college football 25 🙌🏾. Today’s date (July, 5th 2024) exactly two weeks before release day.
I haven't played a Madden game after maybe Madden '11. I've gone back and played '06-'08 on Xbox 360 recently and have been really enjoying getting back into them again. Those 3 games have sparked my interest in sports again (at least temporarily) which is more than any new sports game has done. I see absolutely no reason to ever get a new Madden game when the gameplay is so solid in those 3, and especially considering the price of the older games is between 1-4 dollars max, depending on which one you get. With those prices, you can get 8 great Madden games for the price of 1 new one. I don't give a crap about the rosters. I'm all for the gameplay and presentation. I may go back and get some of the ESPN games and older Madden games before '06, too, cause from what I remember, they were just as good, if not better.
Love this video absolutely nostalgia especially 2002 when I was a freshman in high school this is the first NCAA football game I played. I love that intro Rich and pageantry Brad Nessler and Kirk.❤❤❤
