Are you wondering what it's like living in Las Vegas? You're in the right spot! My goal is to showcase every corner of the Las Vegas valley, helping you find the perfect neighborhood for your lifestyle.
Whether you're relocating from across the globe or across town, I've got your back. Reach out anytime - day, night, or weekends - because I'm here to make your move to Las Vegas seamless!
Las Vegas kinda reminds me of Honolulu, Hawaii. As far to live there. It's beautiful with spectacular beaches, it's laid-back and things to do. But the cons are, it's very hot and humid, expensive since everything has to be shipped, you're in small islands and of course you're limited what to do, cause as we know it's on the gigantic pacific ocean and nowhere to go as far nearby, and you can get clastaphoic (island fever.) Obviously different from Las Vegas, but the same idea. It's nice and awesome to go for a vacation, but not to live there.
Have you read JG Ballard's 'high rise' (the movie paled in comparison)? For some reason I want to live in a vegas high rise someday but it seems like a money pit for a potentially depreciating asset
I have not! High rises are not for everyone but I personally wanted to experience living in a high rise at a specific point in my life and I am really happy that I did it! There are pro's and con's to living in a high rise and you should definitely decide for yourself whether or not it actually makes sense for you.
unfortunately with this economy now las vegas high rise market is not for average joe, u gotta have $$ willing to waste to live in a highrise...it's just not worth it. thats why I tell people spend on what u need not want, don't buy stuff to impress people you don't know, status can only get you so far..so many real estate professionals can't make it anymore bz of the market..is this why you're selling and moving?
It's not for everyone but people who live there really enjoy it! People chose it for their own personal reasons and I do agree that real estate and where you choose to live is a very individual preference. I am moving because my husband and I wanted to have more space and a backyard for our dog.
I'm a Las Vegas local, and I would very much agree that the Panorama would be considered the Strip. It's not like directly next to the Bellagio and it may not be the heart of everything, but I think it's completely appropriate to label it in that location.
@@JohnnieVibesVeer Tower is a Strip condo, Sky Towe is a Strip Condo. Panorama is on Dean Martin not the Strip. in the right apt it has a great view of the Strip. In the wrong one you would barely know the Strip was ther😅But the building is not on the Strip itself.
@@LasVegasOlgaMoreno uggg my 3 bed, 2 bath, 1 car garage new construction single family home cost less than that… it was built at the end of 2023. To be I it would be more than that for a Vegas condo.
where ya moving to? i compared vegas to over the hump in pahrump, commute 4-5 days a week if do OT.so much more bang for the buck. i happen to be on zillow when notification about my property, some real nice places now listed in my area, with space and many no HOA's.
@LasVegasOlgaMoreno That's cool. Didn't mean to attack you. I would have titled the video "Why I'll miss Las Vegas" You seem to be genuinely sad about leaving. Change is inevitable Good luck to you and your husband!
@@anta-zj3bwalways appreciate feedback! Sorry for the confusion but I’m leaving the strip, not Las Vegas as a whole! You quickly see this when you watch the video! I hope you still give it a chance!
@@LasVegasOlgaMoreno Thanks for your response. I live and own a Home in Texas thinking about relocating to Las Vegas. I really appreciate your all your Videos 😊

Towards the end of my time at Panorama I was ready to leave. Leaving was emotional and bittersweet but overall happy with the decision to have more space in a house.
i cant wait to move back, i lived in henderson but moved to texas but ill be heading back at the end of this year.. i admit i got desensitized to how amazing vegas is too.. “ its only 10pm what do you mean the restaurant is closed!” was my go to phrase when i moved out here tote as 😂
the cost of living in Las Vegas is cheaper than in Massachusetts by a lot but it will go up because of supply and demand because people will see that it's cheaper and move there because of it. The only way for the city and state to alleviate that is to allow people to build more homes regardless of size even if a builder wants to build a "tiny home community" because more houses means cheaper houses
Fun drive along! When we visit our Vegas family, we usually stay at the M Resort. But, on our next trip in September, we are stay at Red Rock Resort (which we went to for dinner on our last trip). Are there some nice stores & restaurants within walking distance from the resort? Hard to tell from Google Maps. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
Red Rock is awesome and yes! It's just a few minutes walk from Downtown Summerlin which has lots of great restaurants and shopping! Lots of amazing restaurants in Red Rock also!
I noticed a lot of the new builds in Vegas are gated communities. Why are they gated. What are the crime rates? What are the schools like? I don't see any realtors talking about that in any of their video's. All they talk about are the shops and the community itself, but never mention surrounding communities.
The newer build houses in the south are not gated, not much of the southern highlands is gated. Southern Highlands would be my choice, sweetest place in Vegas imo. Shaq lives there. But to answer your question, yeah there is a lot of crime. Highest auto insurance rates in the country, too.
I would love to see more videos on new builds in the different communities of Summerlin with different price points from the different builders. Thanks!
Ok, thanks for the input! I will make some in the coming months! There are so many! I will actually be also posting alot of IG tours of new builds coming soon so please follow me on there :)
Currently Healthcare is a big issue as there are not that many specialist most have to go to other states to see one , my friend had to travel back to Los Angeles to see a spine specialist
This is a very well done, professional video. Very Informative. As a person who has visited LV over a hundred times, the information presented here is very valuable and I would recommend this vid to anyone considering a move.
Thank you for your feedback! I really appreciate it. I put in alot of effort into making these videos informative and valuable! Glad you found it valuable!
Great video. I picked this area mostly because those massive dirt properties next to dt summerlin ( where they are relocating the wholefoods to ) I envisioned office towers eventually. Reminds me of bellevue near Seattle in the 1980s. You forgot to mention costco, lowes and in n out are all right there too.
If we were thinking of “trying out” Las Vegas before moving, what month should we try out? Not summer- we will live in our other home during that time.
Great idea! I think spring and fall if you want to experience perfect weather but come in the winter months if you want to see the coldest it gets here! 😊
