@@Husqymoto personally I prefer 1/4 speed for slow motion, easily see what's going on then. I have full speed clips for those who don't like slow motion
@@mec4703 the bike is able to self start 99% of the time on all different surfaces where the balls would catch and upset the bike these slide nicely and also as they are higher up on the bike in a crash the wheels usually end up touching the ground allowing restarting vs with the balls the wheels would often be off the ground after a crash preventing restarts. I also remove the chain guide and shorten the pegs and move the feet back to get the best results
Ever since I was 5 I told my older brother that it would be so awesome if they made RC motocross bikes and actually made them right so they are just like the real bikes and it would be really awesome if they put on a Monster energy supercross RC series and a Lucas Oil Pro Motocross RC Championship. All scale like your track and have 20 riders in supercross and the normal 40 in moto. It would be heaven on earth. ❤😂
@@lonnienorton. honestly I always wanted an rc bike from the first time I saw the Kyosho yz250 back in the 80s. I didn't get one of those because I sorta figured they weren't really a practical option for off road then but how good is it that Losi now have this bike that works and has kicked off a new class in racing rc, so good
@@stephenpheonix6549 thanks mate, this one has alloy rims giving more stability again vs the plastic ones. Hooks up better with the stock tyres too with alloy rims, not sure it'd be quicker but it's quite easy to use. Might be worth trying some 😁👍
@@stephenpheonix6549 worth getting for the looks alone 😁. They are the Vitavon rims, you can order in most colours and pick and choose hub colours also. You just add a note when ordering in the provided section. Loctite 480 works great with them
You have gotten really good with your RC bikes. They look just like the real deal. So awesome to watch. I love the slow mo videos too. It's addictive watching the suspension and the way the bike handles. ❤
Great job. You show so much restraint, which is exactly how to make these go fast. I guess I didn't know that these could run for 10 minutes. Are people on the 5200Mah battery?
@@rogerortegamoline5880 thanks, I'm using this front brake with a more powerful servo installed now. Thanks for the nice comments. With jumps it's hard to advise as often they can be so different but generally again I try to set up early and stay straight and accelerate smoothly through the face and then release the throttle and usually if the face is good it'll naturally start to arc and land front wheel lower slightly if all is good and there's a downside to land. Flat landing it's best to land rear wheel first and on the gas a bit to take the shock as best possible. You can tap the brakes if the front is way too high and it'll bring it down as well as if the bike want's to nose dive off a bad lip you can hit the throttle as hard as possible to try and bring the rear down and land in control hopefully. Practice is key really and on a variety of jumps, if you have access to a bmx track or such they are good places to help get your jumping improved. Have fun
@@Eric_Rides if the jumps are built well it makes life easier for sure but those tips will help if it nose dives or jumps nose high, the more you do it the easier it is like anything
I'm in Australia so sorry have no idea about the US apart from in California. They run on 2s std packs, I'm just using cheap e bay packs and they have plenty of power
@@JeromeHawkins-d8o cool, hopefully something goes ahead near you guys soon. I had to organise these meetings so it takes someone to get guys together and interested and then hopefully grows from there 🤞
Thanks was disapointed win figured u were in ausi. 28 hr flite fern east coast . Iam in central usa black dirt prarie corn and soy bean capital of the world. Been trying to figure all this stuff out . Not sure of time change . 12 35 am here. Been following u all a while. Have a gooden .
The track has been rolled even smoother and some jumps had a little massage, it was better again for the bikes and the second double is consistently doable now pretty much. Paul ran in on road mode initially and no you can't lol. It won't go up jump faces without cutting
Really interesting to see you head to the track. You quickly worked into that patient style. Great job. What tires do you have for this? Looks like the slicks would have worked well here.
