Lizzo is a rapist female. Seeing her lure Grogu with a treat while simulating kisses is horrible. People who laugh about this scene don't know that lizzo is a female epstein. Even if there had not been these scandals surrounding this vile singer, this scene would still be uncomfortable.
A mediocre, disappointing show like OBI-WAN KENOBI doesn't deserve the epic emotional perfection that is this scene. I absolutely love Anakin's "I am what you made me" and "Anakin is gone. I am what remains." Hits so hard.
I hate how everyone is against Reva. ya'll clearly see how people act like NOBODY is supposed to even try to stop Vader. Just wait 10,000 years for Luke to be born I guess. Let's just allow Vader to just kill whoever he wants and conquer whatever he wants until then I guess... The prophecy is the most shit writing that I personally hate about Star Wars cause it gives Vader such massive plot armor, but I enjoy seeing that at least SOMEBODY tries to stop his evil ass and not just sit there and watch him do whatever he wanted to do. I'm exaggering the 10k years btw. I know that Luke was born and that he is a kid. The point remains.
The point remains that Reva was unqualified and trying to stop someone in the most inefficient and ineffective way. She herself says she knows what he's capable of and yet refuses to seek an actual advantage if anything perhaps Reva is brain dead from all the hate that's been festering inside her.
Someone posted about, and I wish I could remember I where I saw it, about Palpatine yelling at Vader when he was carrying him to the shaft. Palpatine: “PUT ME DOWN, I AM YOIR MASTER!!!” Anakin: “You are Darth Vader’s master, MY NAME IS ANAKIN SKYWALKER!” Thought that would have been really cool to hear.😊
I hate the fact that almost everyone went to the "norman osborn" reference. As if marvel movies were the first to come up with this...Watch other movies besides comic book ones people, they exist!
I have some theories on why the lullaby worked on Nezuko. People often claim that music speaks to the soul more than anything else, and Tengen being the Sound Hashira where his breathing techniques are literally based off of musical scores would know this. Another lesser known saying, but not taken as seriously, is: music soothes the savage beast. Nezuko knowing Tanjiro was in danger and remembering their family getting massacred pushed her well past her limits, to the point where Tanjiro being nearby wasn't enough to calm her down. What she needed was something peaceful and soothing, a happier moment that would make her feel safe and comforted. Of course a lullaby meant to help you fall asleep helps too. Something that's strange for me though, is that normally when I'm watching a moment when a character starts crying, while I do feel sorry for them if the scene is done well, there's always that tiniest part of me that feels a little bit unsettled and wants the scene to end. But with Nezuko, and I still don't know how to explain it properly, I don't feel unsettled one bit, and I rewatch this scene often, to an extent, and it just feels right somehow, both subbed and dubbed, but I prefer the dub just a little bit more. Maybe it's because she's not constantly wailing or barely showing any emotion and they managed to find just the right middle ground or something, but I still can't figure out the exact reason why. Anyways, good video, you deserve a LOT more views and overall engage with it.
