I cant say enough about this company, I just did a video on our experiment with getting a pole 40 x 80 pole barn done....Constructed in3 days... My company was beyond impressed! Great team if you are thinking about going in this direction, you wont be disappointed...
Very nice shop, with porch, this is what most people on a budget would like to build, of course everyone has have their own preference on what type of of shop they like, this shop here would be fine on my property.
Seems like there was a little missing footage… went from walls up to *poof* trusses set, roofing on, and metal wrapped. Somebody forget to restart the camera?
@@discipleofchrist17 We didn't end up starting till spring 2024. Building has been built and looks fantastic. Garage doors are being installed tomorrow 4/23/2024, and concrete pour is on Thursday 5/2. Almost there!!
Hey I know that building I've gone by it a few times ....that's out there by Berwick ...... Guys got a great property hopefully one day my trucking business can provide ....
Getting my 73 Mach 1 ready now to cruise on down to this one now , going to have to leave in a few minutes just to get there in time to register, heading down all the way from Northumberland county!
I agree. Too many RU-vid posters completely ruin their videos by dubbing in annoying, irritating, obnoxious, and distracting background "music" and then they scratch their heads wondering why they receive so many "thumbs down".

Hi Martin, looks like you asked this last year too. It cost around $90,000. It's fully insulated and has a lot of extras. The floor has drains in it and heated.
@@Pioneerpolebuildings That building is a gorgeous toy Box specially for me I could put a lot of my toys in that garage what is the dimensions of that building
WTF? That spreader bar is being improperly loaded, the top rigging should have been long enough to give about a 45 to 60 degree angle. Look at the bow in the thing! Straight boom operator here....
I am in the market for a pole building. My friend just had one done by pioneer and its awful. One wall has a big wave in it.They used twisted crappy timbers and the slab looks horrible. They may be a good company but they dropped the ball on my friends building.
I went with attic trusses. And I'm glad I did it but are set at 24" or 16". they can require almost twice as many and are twice as expensive each. Added about 10,000 for the attic trusses. Probably an extra 3000 in labor, they were 2 piece. Plus decking and stairs add to the cost. I also went with a cupola. That was about 1400 for a 48" cupola and the install .I can see why someone would pass on it. It's a serious cost that could almost double the price of the materials. It looks like it's a nice hobby building. I bet the guy was excited to see it going up.
Hi Kelly, It depends on a lot of different factors, but the building would be any where between $22,000 to $45,000 depending what options you would want. You can request a quote to get a more accurate price. Thank you. pioneerpolebuildings.com/request
