I got my wisdom tooth extraction surgery a week ago, all 4 at once. Terrible pain - True Can’t eat food for a week - True Swollen jaws for a week - True Food gets stuck in sockets for a couple of months - True Post OP care : Don’t use straw, Don’t smoke, Don’t spit, Don’t skip antibiotics, Ice pack for the first 2 days and then hot pack for a couple of days, Stay hydrated, Take good rest. After the stitches are removed, irrigate sockets with water after every meal to remove the stuck food particles. Red alters : If you have unbearable pain even after taking pain meds, it’s highly possible that you have infection, go see your dentist asap. Observe the surgical site, if the wound doesn’t heal/if you see gaping then contact your dentist. Caution : Avoid getting other dental procedures done simultaneously along with wisdom tooth extraction (example : getting crowns/root canal or dentures) DONT wait until your impacted wisdom tooth damages the adjacent tooth and gums, get a routine dental X-ray check when you’re an adolescent and get those problematic tooth out asap. Conclusion : If you have screwed up wisdom tooth, getting them removed is not a question of “If”but a question of “when” So my opinion is that it’s better to get it done in your 20s when you have more strength and relatively better pain tolerance rather than in 40s when you would have a ton of responsibilities and other body aches too. Note : The above information is based on my personal experiences and I’m not a BDS/MDS graduate, So kindly discuss with your dentist and parents before you take any decision.
Hello this really helped as I’m in my last year of primary and my school decided take 4 people to a dif country! And I was one of them I’m going for 6 days so this was helpful but I will need more space in my suitcase!
Updates from future Sam: - only wear your one pair of ski socks in your boots! I now pull my leggings up above my socks too - the amount of layers in this video is for a really cold day so you may only need a base layer and midlayer + jacket for most winter days!
He did a really good job explaining step-by-step how you did this and after watching several videos I have for one. Definitely appreciate that and found it extremely helpful when that is done.

Good idea. I'm an overpacker and am traveling for only 3 days and I'm still bringing a carry-on and backpack. But if I can smush my clothes flat in a ziploc bag hopefully everything will fit in just the backpack. Toiletries is the hardest for me to pack, even sample sizes. This video helped alot. Thanks!!
Thank you! And I feel you. I just did winter travel and smooshed the majority of my layers into the compression bags😂 Hope your trip packing went well!
Just saw this, for the most part it’s holding up well! The parts where it isn’t is where I dropped sharp metal objects that accidentally poked it and it left tiny holes 🫢 And a cosmetic issue of missing design where some acetone was spilled.
