I’m so glad that I came across your videos! There are so many anatomy tutorials out there but I was never sure where to start or where my level is at. But watching your tutorials and explanations has cleared up a lot of those problems and now I can’t wait to grow in this journey! Thank you so much ❤
Omg we have the exact same taste and art book vibe aesthetic !! It’s nice seeing other people obsessed with art and collecting art books , I just love looking at them and smelling the new book smell lol 😂 my bf makes fun of me all the time that h always have at least 1 art book with me everywhere I go. I love love love them and I hope heaven has art books lbs
This is how learned 2 years ago how to draw proper human shaped characters within a month lmao, I stopped actively studying how to draw but now I'm picking up it again by coming back to this playlist! Thats how much this helped me and I'm so grateful for this 🥲💖
Ur high school drawings were really pretty imo! I also taught my Japanese in middle school but I got formal classes in high school. I love yuu watase too.
Think before draw Before you start moving your hand you should visualize the line that you about to make. Pause your movement or do ghosting lines then make an acutal lines. If you struggle to get proportion correctly it means you should draw gesture with concious
I really hope you're fine Kerrie, your videos have helped me drawing since 2019 and are the only tutorials I'll ALWAYS come back to see again. We all miss you ❤.
I’ve found this video to be the least helpful of the series. You don’t describe the shape/ angle/ length of the fingers as well as you described other aspects of anatomy.
This is absolutely the best series of tutorial that covering about anatomy!! Its easy to understand and its was fun to followed. I dont know what happen to you, but i wish you are in very good health. I wish you can continue this series someday if you interested in making it!
I just snagged this under $20 at Walmart and the pigment numbers are (now) listed on the swatch card... they are all mixes except black and gold. Seven of them include PY42 (yellow ochre).
Fresco also uses a limited palette of less than a dozen or so colors. Most are earthy since they are natural pigments and do not fade in light. Technically there is no white and you just leave the white plaster to show through. Although in a pinch a “white” does exist but is used sparingly. Certain colors are used at the end because they “set” the plaster. Black is a good example. Often colors are not overly blended with maybe two, but certainly not more than 3 colors total and the colors are blended on the plaster as opposed to in the “paint” however some pre-mixing is OK as long as it doesn’t shorten your painting time by setting the plaster.
I like Copics but that’s because I get them from Tools in Yokohama. I like your style of drawing because you do not start off with a black outline of your drawing.
To everyone sad or angry that she hasn't uploaded in 4+ years: Nobody owes you a play-by-play of their life. Sometimes people get too busy to keep up with YT channels. Maybe she lost interest in making videos. Maybe she had some major life change and couldn't find the time to draw for pleasure. Doesn't mean she's dead, or forgotten about the channel or no longer loves her fans. Just chill and enjoy what she's shared already.
