i would add cream cheese to make the whip cream a bit more stiff so it doesn't melt back down at all but this looks so good

DON'T DO IT it's dangerous!! The dish you use might MELT even if it's made for the microwave!!! People got burnt and hospitalized for it!! Never heat sugar in the microwave!!!

Use lidl speculos biscuits to keep it cheap and their own spread. Both exactly the same as lotus brand..
