@@The561Crawler I've been an S10 fan for life, both body styles. I've seen "S10" RC rigs before but yours is the closest looking to a legit S10 I've seen.
Awesome! Hope you do well, when your at the spot to do the steep climb up, find a spot you have good traction, then give it a little speed bump, it'll go right up with ease.
Shocks were setup different, changing it back to the way it was lol, this line frustrated me along with a few others today. But it looked really sharp!
I've been looking for a carbon frame like that. Most of what I've seen have built in shock towers. I want something without shock towers, and to have a 5 degree skid angle with forward bias. Probably get something made for the Gladiator so that i can build it to more of a 1/18 scale. Kindof going for medium flex, LCG, somewhat lightweight, and good breakover point. Thanks for the video, looking forward to seeing more.
@@The561Crawler the X15 axles are the all around best from what I've been told by this who have all of them. The HardPark axles are very enticing, but 200 bucks for a set.. ugh. I like that g-speed LCG bellydragger style. Wish they'd come out with a 1/18 or 1/24, but it can be made. Hey, question, would you opt for nylon axle housings over aluminum, to slide over rocks better? That's the biggest question for me right now, mofo nylon x15 are not terrible price.
I'm fascinated by the gear reduction noise, the slow but controlled power. I grew up in the Ni-Cad era. We only had about 6min of juice Can you shift gears, too? Such cool stuff now.
My setup has a single speed transmission with permanent 4 wheel drive. The front portal gears have overdrive and the transmission has a little overdrive as well, very noisy transmission even with my brushless motor. Overall a killer RTR with some really nice upgrades. Their are different makes and models that have 2 speed transmissions for slower Crawling and faster speeds for trails
