What a terrible interview. Sir Ian is a remarkable actor and a wonderfully warm person, and Christiane Amanpour's interview style is simply too aggressive here. Instead of letting him speak and express himself, she clobbers him like he's a politician.
Please explain to me what the background music is adding to this production? It's too loud, so many I'm sure have to struggle to hear everything. It's also loud enough to be distracting, so again I ask, what is this bringing to the final product? The answer is nothing. It's taking away, not adding.
MAGA woman wants to make a point that God was mentioned in the US constitution: 02:07 Searched for "God"... none found 02:15 Searched for "Lord"... one found "...in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty..."🤔 She knows how to spell read... these magats are so smart🧠🪱 01:00 Read... Today's very important question... I'm willing to bet that some of those people thought that "gay sex scene" meant Brokeback Mountain and not hardcore porn.
I put question marks after "Gay" because very little about this video is specifically gay. The story doesn't rely on sexuality. The characters could've been straight and the story remains the same. And as far as I know, the writer, director and actors are straight. Furthermore, this a PBS anthology series, not a gay film festival. It sorta reminds me of Brokeback Mountain, where the writer (a woman), director and main cast were all straight. PS - VHS??? Yes, I know that this is old... 😏
