bro just randomly pointing at the incorrect bolts just cuz he's "the smartest guy in the room". Cylinder head torquing, work from the inside out. 2 closest bolts in the middle, then next closest bolt, repeat. Do at least 2 steps, and go over the last step. Lubricate, but don't oil the bolts. If there are compound bolts (2 bolts clamping 1 section) do both bolts as a unit.
