Solution; take care of your loved ones at home. Stop expecting perfect-world outcomes at commercially owned facilities. Use your brain. Do your research. Stop looking for a scapegoat to a societal issue.
More taxes. They are already taxing and cutting Social Security. Auto insurance rates are crazy. Health insurance rates are nuts. Now they want to add another tax. Americans can't afford to survive. We already work 2 jobs just to barely make ends meet. The only ones not struggling are the politicians. WAKE THE F^CK UP, PEOPLE. It's time to say ENOUGH! We have the right to dismantle a government that has become tyrannical and no longer works for the people and this government ceased working for the people and began working for itself and other countries a long time ago!

Hi Charles! Would you happen to have a video tutorial on how to access the EMR for patient census to begin med pass specifically? My facility has been having a lot of agency nurses come through for work and it is difficult to teach someone this program quickly enough for them to be comfortable to do med pass. I would like to be able to provide a quick link to access the tutorial prior to employment so someone would have basic understanding of how to navigate the program. Thank you so much! - Amanda
To Kristin, thank you for your passion and dedication to our elderly folks! I started as a CNA in 1975 (yes, I am old), but moved on to other jobs for various reasons. At the ripe old age of 44 I went back to school and became an RN. I have been in LTC at the same facility ever since. I now am part of administration, but as everyone knows, staffing challenges are abundant. It is not below me to throw on my scrubs and hit the floor as a CNA. I have actually enjoyed those moments as it has made me more familiar with our residents. Especially in the Memory Care Unit. There is nothing more rewarding than hearing them laugh or simply seeing them smile. :)
