What do you do if it rains and you wanted a blue sky or you were planning on going out with a model... Do you skip it and dedicate more time to the next place or do you try to make it work, go for a different vibe? And what about crowds? You can avoid them at 5am but after 9am...
I foun dyour video interesting, yet when you began speaking about light. When you reached the HIGH NOON is a ?????????. You slurred/mumbled this word. Please elaborate. Thanks.
Why do the titles of videos keep changing? And sometimes the thumbnails too? It's very confusing when I come back looking for a video I didn't initially have the time for. Not just on this channel. Been noticing it a lot more recently with a lot of videos. It's annoying and frustrating.
Pretty awesome that this video dropped and I'm headed to Kyoto right now! Just the area closer to the city though. Thanks for the info about ruriko-in temple! Unfortunately I lost my spare day to backtrack when I got food poisoning at my last stay 🥴
I love that kind of planning. so organize and clean. I'm headed to Japan in November and I'll try that excel plan of yours. not the places but the style on how you organized everything
Organizational GOALS! I'm so excited to see what you share in the book. Wishing that you don't feel too overloaded. I would love to see a video of your expectations vs reality of some of the spots you go to . I hope you get everything you want and need 🤞
so useful. thank you. i've been using keynote to do my planning. 1 slide per location. but this is great too as its more of a time emphasis. especially for figuring out drive times. when i get into Google MyMaps is when i start figuring that out. Side note: DAT MAP
First, this visual patterns playlist is very valuable, thanks for this knowledge and being clear and complete about the concept you talk about with the use of few examples. Second, this picture at 10:01 is insane, I've never seen this kind of method, and I find it very impactful. Great job. I would be glad to see other picture using this same "perspective different subject symmetries" method. By any chance, where could I find that? Thanks in advance Love your channel
I just need help setting up my a7siii for video at gyms please and thank you, lighting is sort of bright and some areas dark. 35mm 1.4FE and ND filter I think it’s called
Awesome video my friend…..you just got a new sub !!! Thank you kindly for taking your time to make and edit this video for us….much appreciation from 🇨🇦
Thanks for these videos. I have had several cameras for years and have always loved taking shots. However, I realized I am still not great at photography and have a long way to go. My two areas of focus are landscape and action sports. So, listening to your channel has been great so far.
Yoooo i wanna say thanks for sharing, i on my way for me the best tip was. not go tho fast and really master my craft and invest in my craft. Grtz form belgium !!
My ultimate camera is large, heavy, requires a specific set of well developed compositional skills, requires no battery, no autofocus, no auto exposure, has no rangefinder and has no competition from modern cameras. I have used this camera since the mid 90s. It employs the only format that can TRULY be called "cinematic": the 6x17cm format, (not to be confused with the miniature Hasselblad XPan, a no longer made battery dependent camera that is small and for snap shooters only.) My Linhof 617s Technorama is breathtaking in its ability to do one thing well:To let you shoot huge widescreen Cinematic stills that are large format in quality with the portability and economy of roll film. I'll never sell this camera. *Digital is for fun Film is forever.
I love all people on the Earth. I enjoy RU-vid i think it helped many people on so many topics. But somehow i watched so many girls and guys from USA. And i discovered Pat Kay, and i started to watch other people from Japan ( english speaking ). I must say its such other level idk why, maybe because of nature, buildings. I wish you all the best Pat Kay😊!!
