Hi I can't get in both recorded file and live feed into my Vmix. when add a recorded file, the audio comes up, but the video does not show. Also, live feed those not show up when i add a live feed. it says error...what could be the problem please?
In my case its not working I have mac mini late 2012 / macOS Catalina 10.15.7 It has Thunderbold 2 to 3 port It doesn't work Mac Sucks, I had waisted 150$ so far only on cables.

@@simple-technology Like I got a macbook m1 and natively it only supports 1 external display. My connection idea is: 1st thunderbolt 3 port: displaylink dock to 1 external display 2nd thunderbold3 port: ultrastudio with 1 external display does this work out? I can't connect the ultrastudio with my display dock because it has only one thunderbolt 3 port to connect with my macbook
