Bodin seems like he's a great signing and the team looks pretty good going forward. Defense has got to shape up. Goals early in halves and late in halves means they have to be locked in from whistle to whistle. Get that sorted and W's will come.
Conceived 10 goals in the first 3 matches! We know Crocombe is a good keeper, so coaching stuff have to work on defence. Watching Lucas Akins playing against Burton feels very strange,
Robinson is a wonderful man and a great coach. It was a shame it never worked out for him at Wimbledon but he was out of his depth and had poor staff around him. Hopefully it won't happen this time for him
Robbo - not the result we were hoping for but what an inspiring performance. We played with pace, covered the ground like we've not seen at the Pirelli for a long time and with flair. From where I sit behind the away dugout, it was great to hear you encouraging players to 'get at em' from the flanks. The guys will learn a lot from todays game and I'm sure none of them will be fearful - if anything, as we could of won it they'll be buzzing to put things right in the Mansfield game. Early days but confidence boosting.
Sounds like how we felt when he took over us and we ended up relegated. Hopefully he has learned his lesson from that season as he didn't change a losing team and way of thinking that year
A good honest manager and speaks alot of sense. I wish you guys all the best for the season from the highlights I saw you look a good well drilled footballing team just glad we took the points from a tough place to go too
The result is unfortunate, but there is good promise in this team, just think, this is what can be put together by a team that have worked together for a matter of weeks, if there is still progress being made behind the scenes, it could be a sign of a terrifyingly good team on the horizon. A markedly improved team from what has been seen in recent seasons. Looking forward to see where you go Brewers!
