This proves once and for all...she DID her own stunts in Pleasure Principle...and yes...she did the damn backflip. Her choreographer Barry Lather explained it a few years ago that she actually pulled a muscle doing it.
Janet's then husband Renee Elizondo was the guy in the cap next to Bill Bellamy , she wasnt flirting with Bill, her personality was always bubbly back then.
Bring back the days when woman looked at us men like this💯🔥🔥💪🏾✊🏾. Me and her would’ve been on that dance floor then after that whatever happens happens🔥💯
I gotta admit it. I had a mad crush on Bill back in the day. 😚😅 I thought he was so phione. His face hasn't aged much, I just saw him on TV talking about the starstruck Janet meeting. 😄
I've seen Bill Bellamy interview Janet Jackson a few times and she always seem to be so relaxed with him, he's a great interviewer, even now with his podcast.... Thanks for sharing your journey with us.....🧔🏽👸🏽💛
YO FOREAL FOREAL LOOK AT JANET JACKSON LOOK AT BILL BELLAMY THE WHOLE INTERVIEW DOE? FOREAL FOREAL LOL. BILL COULD HAVE PULLED JANET JACKSON. HALLE TYRA JANET
You have more class than Madonna please? Please girl! You are on your album cover with someone behind you holding your breast. Very classy! Shut up! You wish you had Madonna’s talent and records sales! What a dumbass!
Nah . Janet just like her siblings are very humble down to earth people . But she’s an entertainer . You have to create the illusion that you’re the absolute best . Ego has to play a part in that but Janet is definitely Not “ full of herself “ .
"I think what I do has class to it I'll say that" and then this Michael Jackson sister went coping Madonna's Erotica / Sex book era as it said on the video at 5:22
The Velvet Rope was more like Erotica. With all the BDSM imageryin the promotion and the songs about AIDS (Together Again, In this Life) and the beatnik style spoken word poetry (Free Xone, Waiting). More influence there.
Janet said that because Madonna trashed Janet on a date with Michael two years before this interview. Janet never copied Madonna and was never influenced by her. Erotica took things to a whole other level, Janet's self titled and Velvet Rope albums talked about themes of domestic abuse, violence, Homophobia, Body Image, Self Esteem as well as sensuality, not the s&M style that Madonna did. Two extremely different things, Janet is in another lane, your acting like Madonna invented sexuality, lol Olivia Newton John did that before Madonna too, she was not the only artist to do that and your drawing your own conclusions that Janet copied Madonna. Also unlike Madonna, Janet was a phenomenal and legendary performer. "Michael's Jackson's sister" More like the Blueprint, the Empress of Pop, and the Leader of a Rhythm Nation. Leave the video Janet hating Madonna fan, if you don't have anything nice to say. Janet is incredibly humble, kind, and genuine, a truly kind soul, she has never dissed anyone in her life, learn the fact that Madonna trashed Janet way before this interview, just like she trashed Whitney. I love Madonna, she's a legend and the Queen of Pop, but this I must say, take several seats.
@@miscellaneous1831 I'm sorry. I love Madonna, she's a legend, but she didn't influence Janet, in no shape or form. The Velvet Rope was nothing like Erotica, Janet did not write a song about aids because Madonna did the same, she wrote Together Again about a close friend who had died from aids. Free Xone confronted Homophobia and Gay rights, it wasn't anything like Waiting. Erotica was an album mainly focused on overtly sexual themes, Janet's album wasn't just that, it confronted Domestic Abuse and Violence, Homophobia, Gay Rights, Self Isolation, Body Image, Self Esteem and Self Worth, and of course helping millions of fans around the world dealing with losing a loved one on Together Again, The Velvet rope changed lives, Erotica is nothing like it. The Velvet Rope is an utter masterpiece, that album took no influence from anyone, it was strictly Janet, who she was, what space she was in, the topics she wanted to cover and everything she gone through in life, her depression, and sorrow, and her tough times.
@@guitar_roker3590 This 1993 has nothing to do with MJ. It's about being asked about Madonna's 1992 Erotica album and the SEX book. Madonna brought sexuality to forefront not Janet. Madonna is the most influential female recording artist of all time. She's the blueprint that even in 2021 has female singers following her footsteps as Dua Lipa or Doja Cat
RIP John Singleton!! Thank you for giving my favourite entertainer Miss Jackson her first movie role, and for giving the world your talents and gifts 😇👼
