I am born and raised in California and have personally been successful with real estate investments which led me to help others and become a Realtor. I moved to South Austin at the beginning of 2022 with my wife and two children from California.

Nice home but it does seem over priced. That's a LA price. It didn't seem to have much of a backyard and I am curious to know why the pool was on the side of the house. I couldn't tell but seem like the backyard didn't have much privacy.
This zip code, 78704, commands pricing similar to LA. Pool was put behind the home (although it looks like the side). The neighboring structure can see over the fence for sure and I didn’t like that.
I have bought and sold many properties in several different markets, including Austin. This is by far the most ridiculously overpriced home that I have seen.
Good thing I didn’t post this when it was originally listed at 2.75m. 🤯 Being a realtor I have seen a lot of over priced homes, especially in this market. Usually these new modern luxury homes that are popping up all across Austin hit the market and the developers put outrageous price tags on them.
I've never played pool and it doesn't seem like my type of game. So I'd trade it out for a regular table the same size. Use it for games, puzzles, art, etc. Other than that, I totally love this room 😁
